 GENE W. CALLAN, AIA . . . . . . . . . . PRESIDENT   Gene is a registered Architect in the State of Washington and has been a Principal and Director at GBD Architects in Portland, Oregon for the last 30 years. Gene has led many master planning and design projects including the recent expansion of Klickitat County’s Maryhill Museum of Art- where he and the project were featured in Washington State University's Alumni Magazine. During the course of GBD's history, the   firm has designed multiple EB-5 funded projects. Gene and his wife Peggy both graduated from Goldendale High School and WSU. Today, Gene enjoys his church, family, cattle herd, golf and morning basketball with local friends.

 ADRIAN PHILLIPS . . . . . . . . . . PROJECT MANAGER   Adrian has a rich history of sales and development work in the aerospace, defense and insurance industries. As a project manager in the aerospace and defense industries, he has worked with many international clients, and has been responsible for the sales process from negotiating and contracting, to export licensing and delivery. Prior to the defense work, he developed markets for group insurance distribution in Dallas, Texas and Los Angeles, California with Principal Financial Group. Adrian has a degree in Economics and Business from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA where he was the captain of the Westmont men’s basketball team. 

ADRIAN PHILLIPS . . . . . . . . . . PROJECT MANAGER

Adrian has a rich history of sales and development work in the aerospace, defense and insurance industries. Today, he enjoys his two children, tennis, cycling, skiing and history. Art graduated from Goldendale High School, Chapman University, University of Salzburg, and University of Munich  .

 TAYLOR PHILLIPS . . . . . . . . . . PROJECT CONTROLLER/ EB-5 CLERK   Taylor will provide bookeeping and EB-5 tracking while working closely with the external accounting consultant, legal council and Paci  fic   Viniculture to track internal and external expenditures associated with the variety of projects funded thru EB-5 and conventional   financing. Taylor is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has provided management and administrative leadership for the past 5 years to one of the leading real estate companies in Santa Barbara, California- Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Inc. Taylor was an all-state high school soccer player in Portland, Oregon and went on to play collegiate soccer for the University of Oregon and Westmont College. Today, she enjoys her church, traveling, yoga, friends and family. 

TAYLOR PHILLIPS . . . . . . . . . . PROJECT CONTROLLER/ EB-5 CLERK

Today, she enjoys her church, traveling, yoga, friends and family. 

 ZACK CALLAN . . . . . . . . . . PROJECT MANAGER   In addition to crewing on his cousin's commercial fishing boat in Kodiak,  Zack has worked in a variety of construction environments ranging from wood framing and masonry, to overall renovation work.  He attended Oregon State University after playing basketball for a year at Walla Walla Community College.  In his spare time, Zack enjoys ranching, farming, coaching youth sports and his church family.

In addition to crewing on his cousin's commercial fishing boat in Kodiak,  Zack has worked in a variety of construction environments ranging from wood framing and masonry, to overall renovation work.  He attended Oregon State University after playing basketball for a year at Walla Walla Community College.  In his spare time, Zack enjoys ranching, farming, coaching youth sports and his church family.  

 

 JOE ROSENKRANZ . . . . . .  . . . . PROJECT MANAGER   Joe has been actively involved in the Alaska Commercial Salmon Fishing Industry for over 25 years while skippering his own vessel for over a decade. During the time when he has operated his own commercial      fishing business with his wife, Katelin, his many tasks have included crew management, direct operations, vessel & equipment maintenance, ship navigation, actual      fishing and marketing of the product.  Th  rough this diverse work, Joe has built many business relations & friendships with fi  shermen, seafood companies, and biologists; all while working with state, federal, & international organizations. In the off     season, Joe has been a volunteer fi  re  fi  ghter who enjoys spending time with his church, farm and traveling with his family. 

JOE ROSENKRANZ . . . . . .  . . . . PROJECT MANAGER

Joe has been actively involved in the Alaska Commercial Salmon Fishing Industry for over 25 years while skippering his own vessel for over a decade. During the time when he has operated his own commercial fishing business with his wife, Katelin, his many tasks have included crew management, direct operations, vessel & equipment maintenance, ship navigation, actual fishing and marketing of the product.  Through this diverse work, Joe has built many business relations & friendships with fishermen, seafood companies, and biologists; all while working with state, federal, & international organizations. In the off season, Joe has been a volunteer firefighter who enjoys spending time with his church, farm and traveling with his family. 

 KATELIN ROSENKRANZ . . .  . . . OFFICE MANAGER & IT SUPPORT   Katelin has been a co-owner and operator of an Alaska commercial fi  shing vessel for over 10 years. She has been recognized as a leading example for women in the commercial      fishing industry. Katelin is an organized planner and administrator for the family's      boating business, contributing to their personal, state and local economies. Katelin graduated from Selah High School and Central Washington University and obtained a degree in Health & Physical Education while playing collegiate soccer. Today, Katelin enjoys her church, family, hunting, trapping, playing sports, traveling and working on her family's farm.

Katelin has been a co-owner and operator of an Alaska commercial fishing vessel for over 10 years. She has been recognized as a leading example for women in the commercial fishing industry. Katelin is an organized planner and administrator for the family's boating business, contributing to their personal, state and local economies. Katelin graduated from Selah High School and Central Washington University and obtained a degree in Health & Physical Education while playing collegiate soccer. Today, Katelin enjoys her church, family, hunting, trapping, playing sports, traveling and working on her family's farm.
